Here’s what we’ve got coming up this week! For the first time we’ve gone with a dessert grilled cheese of the week! I’ve been wanting to try it for awhile so we’ll see how it goes… Friday’s Honey Peppercorn Salmon is a dish we did at my last restaurant and it is fantastic! Time to plan your week around your favorite specials! 🙂

Monday: Traditional Italian Hoagie $9.99

Honey Ham, Salami, Capicolla, provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, white onion and pepperoncini with Chef Ethan’s Signature Italian vinaigrette on an Amorosa roll. Served with your choice of side.

Tuesday: Tacos al Pastor $9.99

Marinated pork al pastor in warm, soft flour tortillas with fresh onion and cilantro. Served with bacon black beans, spicy slaw and a smoky house made salsa.

Wednesday: Chile Colorado $10.49

Braised Beef in red chile sauce served with Mexican rice, refried beans and warm, soft flour tortillas.

GCOW: Strawberry Nutella Dessert GCOW $9.99

Fresh sliced strawberries, mascarpone cheese and Nutella on toasted cinnamon raisin bread with your choice of side. 

Thursday: Caprese Burger $11.99

Our ½ lb. burger with fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, sliced tomato, olive oil and a balsamic reduction. Served with you choice of side.

Friday: Smoked Honey Peppercorn Salmon $12.99

Brined and smoked salmon coated with a honey glaze and cracked peppercorns. Served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Saturday: California Burrito $9.99

Seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar and jack cheeses, steak fries, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream in a warm, soft flour tortilla.

Sunday: Chipotle Chicken Sandwich $10.99

Grilled chicken breast with crispy cilantro-jalapeno coleslaw and chipotle aioli on a telera roll. Served with your choice of side.
